      Description

I'm a newb, so I'm sorry if this is expected behaviour but it seems that DBRef('foo', ObjectId('4ec71a3df4c400566400068f') is both == and != to DBRef('foo', ObjectId('4ec71a3df4c400566400068f'). Please see attached tests.
