      Context

      Once all of our documentation is hosted on https://www.mongodb.com/docs/languages/python/pymongo-driver/current/, we should remove the duplicate documentation in PyMongo 4.10.

      Definition of done

      Replace the index page with a link to the official docs site, as well as the API docs, as well as our detailed changelog.
      Add redirects as appropriate from the previous docs pages to the new ones.
