      Context

      Tests intermittently fail because of a known problem due to Local Atlas startup.

      Evergreen has a flag to retry on error that we can turn on. This would be a temporary quality-of-life improvement while we wait for a more stable solution for Local Atlas.

      Definition of done

      Update config.yml and confirm that tests pass.
