      Context

      Since it is a joint repository, we should not be running the GitHub Actions on forks.
      We can use a guard like {{ if: github.repository_owner == 'mongodb' }}.

      Definition of done

      Update the python workflows in libmongocrypt.

      Pitfalls

      The actions won't run on the Python team's forks either.
