      Context

      The maintainers have come back with a number of requests. Fabian Valle is working on the requests for the example notebook and I am working on the requests for the main class.

      PYTHON-4506 was closed and we have Autogen integrated into the CI Pipeline runs, and an initial review was done.

      I also have a note about failing tests: 

      Exception: Index vector_index is not ready!. Here is an example  failing evergreen patch
