      Migrate macOS tests from MacStadium to AWS. See DEVPROD-21.

      The distros being migrated (and their new distro equivalent are below):

      Current Distro New Distro
      macos-1014 (intel) macos-1014-aws
      macos-1300-arm64 macos-13-arm64
      macos-1100 (intel) macos-11
      macos-1100-arm64 macos-11-arm64

      They also encourage using the latest available distros: macos-14 and macos-14-arm64.

      We'll need to ensure the appropriate Python versions are installed.
