      Context

      The timings are not as predictable on these platforms, leading to intermittent failures. We should set an environment variable on these platforms that will be used to skip CSOT tests.

      Definition of done

      Skips are set and used for CSOT tests.

      Pitfalls

      We will not be testing CSOT on these platforms by default, but they can still be run locally.
