      Context

      Improve centralized automated release capability.

      • Release notes: scrape the release notes from the changelog to populate the draft GitHub Release, which can also be used as the forum post body.
      • Create a Gist with the draft release notes and a checklist for the remainder of the release

      Definition of done

      Above improvement are made and tested in PyMongo.
