Context

Matrix is deprecated. We can use shrub.py to generate yaml file(s) and include them. This will also give us finer-grained control over grouping build variants to make our overall test matrix sparser.

Definition of done

Use shrub.py to generate repetitive tasks and replace usage of matrix.

Pitfalls

Ensure that the replaced tasks/variants are equivalent and still pass.
