      Context

      Add the the new support added in drivers-github-tools for mongodb-labs/drivers-github-tools/create-branch@v2. This automates the version bump, silk asset group creation, sbom uuid update, and evergreen project update for a new release branch.

      Definition of done

      Add the new github workflow.
