Coverity warnings in InvalidDocument bson changes

      There are multiple coverity warnings caused by the changes in PYTHON-1982 pass invalid document to bson.errors.InvalidDocument.

      Most of them are due to missing NULL checks.

      This must be fixed for 4.11.
