      Context

      The work of setting up a remote spawn host is tedious and error prone. We should have a single script that bootstraps the remote system, and another that synchronizes the local changes with the remote system, so developers can work on their own machine and run the tests on the remote host.

      Definition of done

      Add the two scripts.
