      Context

      The pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish can no longer be used as part of a composite action, which means we need to update all of our workflows as outlined in
      https://github.com/mongodb-labs/drivers-github-tools/pull/69.

      Definition of done

      Update all workflows to support the latest pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish action.
