      Eventlet has a known conflict with dnspython >= 2.0: https://github.com/eventlet/eventlet/issues/629

      Definition of done

      We should remove all eventlet tests on CPython > 3.9, as CPython > 3.9 is not compatible with dnspython < 2.0.
