MongoReplicaSetClient raises confusing error message after query timeout

See this GG discussion. Distinguish between connection errors and query timeouts. Ensure that a MRSC with a socketTimeoutMS configured raises a "timeout" exception, rather than "No replica set members available for query", if a query times out.
