      In PYTHON-5339 we added the "pr" tag to many of the build variants for a subset of the tests. We should do the same for as many of the remaining variant types as makes sense. For example:

      • Subset of OCSP tests
      • KMS fail tests
      • OIDC tests that don't use a VM or Atlas
      • Other host Amazon Linux 2023
      • Free-threaded
