      Context

      Add retry logic to the bash run script to automatically retry a test upon failure.

      Acceptance Criteria

      ALL tests run in the ai-ml-testing pipeline will should be re-run in evergreen X number of times (to be decided in the PR). If they fail after X times, then the build should be marked as failed.
