Context

For all of the dependencies:

• requirements.txt
• the requirements folder
• and in dependency-groups in pyproject.toml

Find the min supported version that supports PyMongo and Python 3.10. Also check for any security advisories on the package GitHub page.

These versions will be used to add min dependency checks across test variants.

Record the minimum dependencies.
