      Context

      In PYTHON-5669 partial support was added for using USE_ACTIVE_VENV to configure uv to use active venvs. Support was added to setup-tests.sh but not run-tests.sh.

      Definition of done

      Add USE_ACTIVE_VENV support to run-tests.sh

      Pitfalls

      Don't make the justfile too complicated!
