      Context of when and why the failure occurred:

      Each of the sync and async encryption test suites can take over 30 minutes to complete. This causes the task to fail when it exceeds the 60 minute timeout threshold for EG tasks we've set.

      Investigate if this is a fundamental constraint of the macOS platform and the resources on Evergreen, or if we can make improvements to the driver or our test code to reduce this excessive duration.
