      The _AuthContext, _ScramContext, _X509Context, _password_digest classes/methods in pymongo/asynchronous/auth.py can be lifted into pymongo/auth_shared.py directly.

      _OIDCContext can also be lifted by refactoring + lifting _get_authenticator from pymongo/asynchronous/auth_oidc.py to take the specific _OIDCAuthenticator class to construct as a parameter, passed in through a functools.partial call in _SPECULATIVE_AUTH_MAP.
