      A significant amount of both BulkWrite classes can be lifted into separate shared classes: _AgnosticBulkBase and _AgnosticClientBulkBase. This includes add_insert, add_update, add_replace, add_delete, gen_ordered, gen_unordered, bulk_ctx_class, leaving only the actual IO-execution methods in the async/sync split.
