Many methods in the Async*ChangeStream/*ChangeStream family of classes can be lifted into a new _AgnosticChangeStream base class, including: _aggregation_command_class, _client, _change_stream_options, _command_options, _aggregation_pipeline, resume_token, alive. Each concrete class would then only need to define its IO-specific behavior.
