Many of the methods in AsyncTopology/Topology can be lifted into a new AgnosticTopologyBase shared class, including: eq_props, __eq, __hash, __repr_, get_server_selection_timeout, has_server, _is_stale_error, _new_selection, max_cluster_time, .... Only the actual SDAM machinery that performs IO and uses locks needs to be async/sync split.
