      Context

      The libmongocrypt Python Daily Build has been red since 2026-09-16 (e.g. version 6aaa8bc9b4b70a0007ce5014|<https://spruce.corp.mongodb.com/version/6aaa8bc9b4b70a0007ce5014/tasks?sorts=STATUS%3AASC%3BBASE_STATUS%3ADESC>). The test-python and test-python-integ rely on hard-coded interpreter paths and need to be made more durable. We also need to pass ec2 credentials to run the latest server.

      h3. Definition of done

      - The pymongocrypt Evergreen test scripts no longer depend on hard-coded Python interpreter paths.
      - All of the python tests pass.

      Pitfalls


      - Make sure we don't silently pass if no pythons are discovered to test against.
      - CI-only change: no CHANGELOG entry; PR title must reference this ticket.
