      Context

      The uv-lock-update in drivers-evergreen-tools regenerated uv.lock using a uv newer than the repo pin (required-version = "==0.12.12" in pyproject.toml). The newer uv recorded an [options] block with exclude-newer / exclude-newer-span = "P7D" in the lockfile. Under uv 0.12.12 this makes every uv lock --check treat the lock as stale ("Resolving despite existing lockfile due to removal of global exclude newer") and fail. See PR 3098.
