      test-auth-aws-ecs fails: ensure_uv cannot install uv in the ECS test container.

      Context of when and why the failure occurred:

      Every mainline commit since October 5 fails this task. Commit 045ee2af (PYTHON-6051) made ensure_uv run inside the ECS test container, whose Python 3.12 image has neither pip nor ensurepip, so uv cannot be installed and setup exits non-zero.

      Fix: add python3-pip to the apt-get install in .evergreen/run-mongodb-aws-ecs-test.sh. With pip available, ensure_uv installs uv with pip install --user uv, which needs no ensurepip.

      Stack trace:

      The virtual environment was not created successfully because ensurepip is not
available.  On Debian/Ubuntu systems, you need to install the python3-venv
ERROR: could not find or install `uv`.
