      Context

      Our current gevent min version of 21.12 is too old to include 3.11 wheels. This forces our min-deps tasks to build from source, which can introduce Cython versioning issues.

      Definition of done

      Update our minimum version of gevent to one that offers Python 3.11 wheels.
