      Context

      setup-uv.py is used to bootstrap our test environment. Since the script runs with the host's default python3, test-no-toolchain EG jobs may use versions of Python older than the minimum supported version for pymongo, it cannot use any modern language features. The test-no-toolchain jobs have been failing since PYTHON-6091 added the script.

      The test-no-toolchain jobs pass.
