The aggregate method should always return CommandCursor when passed the cursor option

      Similar to PyMongo 3.0, we can fake a cursor when connected to MongoDB 2.4 and older. PyMongo 3.0 still supports "cursor" as a kwarg. This will provide an easy upgrade path.
