      Some of the object store baas tests have been failing during the wait_for_upload/wait_for_download/timed_sleeping_wait_for operations where the connection goes idle after an UPLOAD with no changesets, but the waiting thread is not notified.

      I am thinking this may have been introduced by PR #7031, since this reduced some of the notifications on empty changesets, but not 100% sure.

      The three failures in this test run were caused by this:
