      Placeholder ticket for technical debt related to RSYNC-103.

       

      • Remove URL-based bind() functionality (realm identifiers can no longer be specified as part of a URL)
      • Remove test/bench projects. They currently depend on the URL-based functionality, but are defunct
      • Rewrite test/client project. It currently uses the URL-based functionality

      WIP on this ticket is currently in the ff/mdb-new-endpoint-scheme branch
