PMD report too many errors

      After upgrading to the latest Gradle Build Tool and reordering how CI run tasks, PMD now report way to many errors. It is currently disabled as it normally doesn't catch much anyway.

      We need to decide if:

      • We should just disable PMD completely
      • OR make it work again.
