https://github.com/realm/realm-js/pull/4041 introduces a @realm.io/common package. Once this is merged, it probably makes sense to move the code currently in realm-network-transport into a subdirectory of that package.

Rationale: each package has a maintenance overhead in terms of keeping configs and dependencies up to date, etc. realm-network-transport is currently a small module and is not likely to grow too massive, so it probably makes sense to fold it in.
