Similar to Realm Java we should expose a `ClientResetHandler` as well as support the associated API's to perform a Client Reset. Note this functionality is about to change: https://github.com/realm/realm-core/issues/4884, which most likely will impact how this API looks.
Will probably also depend on some parts of https://github.com/realm/realm-kotlin/issues/196 being available.
