Goals

Have IChangeDetails as argument on RealmChanged event. This will allow many of the same use cases, as Task INotificationHandler.HandleChangeAsync(IChangeDetails details) (see https://realm.io/blog/announcing-realm-dotnet/), but locally on the client.
