Allow users to select (and guess) a column delimiter when importing data from a CSV

      Some locales (such as Polish) will export CSVs from Excel and Numbers with a semi-colon as column delimiter of a CSV. Studio doesn't recognize this as a column separation, but it could.

      Describe the solution you'd like

      When importing a CSV guess if the column delimiter is comma "," or semi-colon ";" - bonus points for a UI where the user can select this.

      Describe alternatives you've considered
      Users could probably force Excel or Numbers to export using commas.
