cannot delete from system namespace

      After upgrading the mongo driver from 2.5.1 to 2.5.2 we see in our logs:

      Mongo::Error::OperationFailure: Mongo::Error::OperationFailure: cannot delete from system namespace (12050)

      Downgrading back to 2.5.1 resolves it.
