The following user commands have been added to the list of commands that write: 

• createUser
• updateUser
• dropUser

Because the Ruby driver doesn't specifically have a list of write commands, we should implement this by documenting that each of the helpers for these commands accepts a write concern option and updating the implementation accordingly.
