Per review feedback in https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/pull/410, Ruby driver-specific conditions on whether a server is a primary should be removed. In general, all of the type methods should be implemented following the pseudocode in https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/blob/master/source/server-discovery-and-monitoring/server-discovery-and-monitoring.rst#type.
