      For https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/RUBY-1578?jql=project%20%3D%20RUBY%20AND%20text%20~%20%22supported%20determines%22 we need to test 3.6 server with 3.4 FCV in Evergreen.

      The failures in those builds are those referenced by 1578, plus there is a number of other failures having to do with the tests just looking at server version to determine feature support, and trying to use 3.6 features when the server doesn't support them due to FCV.
