Describe default auth mechanism selection and necessity to specify mongodb_cr explicitly

      Since mongodb-cr was default in earlier mongodb/driver versions, it was often not specified as an auth mechanism. If a user upgraded to a newer version of the driver which defaults to scram authentication, they would need to explicitly specify the auth mechanism as mongodb-cr for their existing users and I believe this fact is not called out in documentation.
