      Per https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/PM-1043 support for ubuntu 14 has been dropped in 4.2. The most recent 4.2 build on ubuntu1404 is 4.1.9, whereas current is 4.1.12+. We need to switch to ubuntu 16 to continue having green CI against 4.2 server.
