Implement missing Change Stream prose tests

      It seems like at least one test specified in the change stream prose tests here  is not implemented. The test suite should be reviewed to verify required prose tests are implemented.

       

      Example: Test #5: ChangeStream will not attempt to resume after encountering error code 11601 (Interrupted), 136 (CappedPositionLost), or 237 (CursorKilled) while executing a getMore command.
