Currently the test suite only uses a single mongos in Evergreen even if the URI provided contains multiple mongoses. This is an issue for sharded transactions tests because some of them require multiple mongoses, and thus won't run in Evergreen as we have it configured.

We should still test a single mongos configuration because this puts more load on server selection in sharded tx tests.
