We just upgraded to 2.10.0 and had a mongoS restart cause an unhandled nil exception. I assume it's possible for this average_round_trip_time to be set to nil, possibly because it and @last_round_trip_time gets instantiated to nil. It recovered but this server should not have been attempted for selection.
