It appears that when running against a 2.6 server, using OP_GET_MORE op codes, the driver does not surface any command monitoring events for the getMore operations that are being sent.

https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/blob/master/source/find_getmore_killcursors_commands.rst says getMore command was added in 3.2, therefore I expect this issue to affect 2.6 and 3.0 servers.
