bson-ruby contains an old version of the bson corpus spec tests. The current corpus is in a slightly different format and requires minor changes to the spec runner.

This ticket covers updating the tests that bson-ruby already passes to their current forms in the bson corpus. This ticket does not cover implementing any new functionality in bson-ruby to make tests pass that do not already pass.
