As a follow-up to https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/RUBY-1999, we currently do not retrieve server logs and test results (rspec.json) from the remote systems when we test on EC2 instances and ECS tasks. To aid in diagnostics and to run skipped tests detector we need to retrieve those files (which will then be uploaded to s3 using existing tooling).
