The driver adds this blurb to all SSL-related errors:

> MongoDB may not be configured with TLS support

Since these days most installations do in fact have TLS support, the errors are more frequently NOT the lack of server support but rather client side.

Plus, one out of the two places which used this language was broken.

I propose removing this language altogether.
